We'll travel anywhere in Washington State for the right project. For larger commercial work, we travel throughout the Western USA and Hawaii. Just ask.
Island jobs (San Juan County, Whidbey, Camano) include a ferry surcharge. We'll quote it upfront — no surprises.

Invoices are issued same day as job completion. Standard accounts are net 15. Volume partners qualify for extended terms up to net 30. New accounts require a credit card on file for the first three jobs.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are billed at 50% of the visit minimum. Same-day cancellations and failed visits (client not home, product not available) are billed at the full visit minimum. We'll always work with you on legitimate reschedules.

Discounts apply to all line items. Surcharges (mileage, ferry, scaffolding) are cost pass-through and not discounted. Rate sheet available on request.
